Forme d'O - Open House Days
Description
As part of the transition to Vert Marine’s management of the Forme d’O Aquatic Center, come discover or rediscover the center, its activities, and its various areas through special events and introductory sessions.
Enjoy two days of facilities open to everyone and (re)discover the wide range of aquatic and wellness activities on offer:
• Free admission for all visitors
• Open access to the pools and wellness areas
• Continuous program of supervised activities
• Short sessions lasting 10 to 15 minutes
• Supervision by instructors and lifeguards

• Aquagym (gentle, toning, seniors)
• Aquabike / aquafitness
• Fun aquatic obstacle course
• Swimming lessons for children and adults
• Swimming instruction sessions
• Parent-child aquatic exploration
• Supervised water games
• Access to the sauna, steam room, and hot tub
• Introductions to aquatic relaxation
• Exploring the relaxation areas
Activities are tailored to different skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Registration takes place on-site or according to the schedule posted at the front desk.
