From August 24 to September 5, 2027, Haute -Savoie will host the second edition of the UCI Cycling World Championships, the largest event in the history of cycling and para-cycling.
Over 13 days, 20 UCI World Championships will be held across 15 competition venues, set in a spectacular and symbolic landscape of lakes, valleys, and mountains, and Châtel is delighted to host the Gravel event during the 2027 UCI Cycling World Championships Haute-Savoie Mont-Blanc!
Nearly 15,000 athletes —elite and amateur —from the 206 national federations affiliated with the UCI will take part in this unprecedented event, set to make history in the world of cycling. The program will bring together both historic and emerging disciplines, in a unique celebration of the full diversity of cycling.
Designed as an open, popular, festive, and unifying event, the 2027 UCI Cycling World Championships Haute -Savoie Mont-Blanc place gender equality, inclusion, and accessibility at the heart of their organisation .
