Description

Take advantage of an exceptional setting at Lake Vonnes to discover outdoor fitness. You will take part in a group class with music to tone up your body through different exercises.

This practice is accessible to all profiles.
Supervised by a qualified sports coach.
Equipment provided (you can bring your own mat). Bring your own water bottle, cap and sun cream.
Meet at the Lac de Vonnes platform.
For the whole family.
In case of bad weather, the course will be moved to the chalet at Lac de Vonnes, right next to the wooden platform.
Children are the responsibility of their parents.
Maximum 12 participants.
