Training circuits area: general fitness conditionning.
Streetworkout area: gymnastics with body weight with fixed bars, parallel, on the ground.
Cardio : Assault Airbike, rowing machine, treadmill, bike, elliptical bikes
Classes: Gym Tonic (general fitness), Gym Douce (progressive fitness)
Killer training ( difficult training circuits) & Kids Club ( for children from 5 to 10 years old)

Individual and groups coaching.
Sports and californian massages.
