It was dismantled and reassembled from scratch next to the main chalet. It provides fully equipped, self-contained accommodation for up to 4 people, with two functions: - as an annex to the main chalet, adding two bedrooms - to be rented independently for a group or family of 4. With a living area of 45 m2, it has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a lounge with sofa bed, a mezzanine overlooking the living area with two 90cm mattresses, a stone shower room and a separate toilet. The large bay window allows you to admire the mountain in front of you. Upstairs is a beautiful vaulted bedroom with a 180cm bed. The chalet is surrounded by a large area of balconies, allowing you to take full advantage of the landscape and the mountains, from which you can access the private garden.
