With a surface area of 90m2, it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 bathrooms, a living area with open-plan kitchen, a ski room and an outdoor Jacuzzi: ideal for a family or group of friends.
Very bright and south-facing, it enjoys uninterrupted views over the valley, making for a pleasant stay.
Situated in a quiet residential area, it is ideally located to recharge your batteries and enjoy the unobstructed views over the valley.
The chalet comprises :

• Garden level: 1 bedroom with double bed, separate WC with washing machine, ski room. - Ground floor: open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer) with dining/living area, television, wifi, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath and toilet.
• Outside: Balconies on ground and first floors, parking space for 4 cars
  Beautiful mountain views, south-west facing balconies. On the edge of the village, 1000 m from the centre of Chatel (10 min walk), bus stop 50 m away.
  A brand new outdoor JACUZZI has just been installed to take advantage of the exceptional view of the mountains and the village of Chatel and enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of sport/skiing.

Winter (January to mid-March, excluding Christmas/New Year) :

• Weekly: €400 to €460 / night
• Two weeks : -10%
• 3 weeks : -15%

Spring (mid-March to June):

• Weekend: 400€ to 500€ / 2 nights
• Weekly: 180€ to 250€ / night
• Two weeks: -10%
• 3 weeks : -15%

Summer (late June to early September):

• No weekend rental
• Weekly: 180€ to 220€ / night
• Two weeks: -10%
• 3 weeks : -15%

Autumn (September to mid-December):

• Weekend: 400€ to 500€ / 2 nights
• Weekly: 180€ to 250€ / night
• Two weeks: -10%
• 3 weeks : -15%

Pets free of charge.

Sheets & linen rental : fixed price 130€.

End-of-stay cleaning: fixed price 210€.
